Refund policy

Le Luci believes every customer should be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If not, we offer returns within a 30 day time period once receiving your order.  Items must be unworn with original tags and packaging intact. You can return your product for a store credit or monetary refund.  No monetary returns on sale items or items purchased with discount code over 30% off.

Items are sent back to our Australian warehouse.

To start a return, please message us via the contact us page. 

Returns will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item(s).

If you have been sent a faulty product you need to NOTIFY US via emailing information.leluci@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the sunglasses to organise a replacement. We offer a 6 month warranty on all manufacturer faults.
